On Monday, Michael R. Bloomberg announced the new Bloomberg Initiative for Cycling Infrastructure, or BICI. Ten global cities will receive up to $1 million to create safe, interconnected, and innovative cycling infrastructure and provide sustainable mobility options to their residents.
