Content Grid - 1 Feature Item 

As featured on https://bloombergcities.jhu.edu/. 

Displays one headline, one featured item (article or resource), and content cards.

• Content cards should be added in groups of 3.
• Content cards can be either local, or external. 
• Local cards: Type the name of the article or resource, and links, images, text, etc will all automatically populate.
• External cards: You can manually provide links, images, text, etc. You can also use this for local content, if you wish to manually specify new images/etc. Image size for external cards is recommended to be 790x440.
• Optional read more link to the news page, or resources page.
• Optionally, the page the "read more" links to can be pre-filtered by either issues, programs, or both. If nothing is selected for Optional Issue or Optional Program, the button will link to the above chosen page with no filters.
