What drives success in cross- boundary collaborations

In a recent study by the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative, 10 cross-boundary collaborations tackling issues such as mental health services and housing across North America and Europe were examined. Some of the key factors for success identified in these initiatives were diverse perspectives, mutual trust, and self-directed collaboration.
